These pork sausage rolls were a nice change from the winter meals we’ve been having...

Three-ingredient pancakes...

1 banana, mashed...

~

2 tbspn SR flour (use wholemeal if you have it)...

~

1 egg...

~

Mix all together into a smooth batter...

~

It makes 3 good sized pancakes...

~

They are so light and fluffy!

Gus had scrambled eggs...
