It was so crazy, that it was cool enough to light our outdoor fireplace while we sat out on Saturday night...

First pizza - our appetiser potato, garlic, rosemary, parmesan and bocconcini...

Next up, a little treat for our guests - fresh crayfish and cheeses...
~
This one was pizza sauce, bacon, salami, capsicum, pizza cheese and smoky olives...I also did one using left over Mayura Wagyu beef that we doggy bagged. On that one there was caramelised onion, wagyu beef, blue cheese and parmesan...sorry no pic!

And the "piece de resistance" was my dessert pizza. Strawberry jam base, fresh strawberries and blueberries - baked until the base is crisp...

...then dollops or mascarpone cheese are added, drizzled with dark chocolate and dusted with icing sugar.
