WW update



This is my weight loss to date.  Very slow and I had a gain today, of 400 gms.  I haven’t been walking in the morning because the weather has been cold.  I have secured a second hand walking machine so hopefully I’ll get that soon and will be able to exercise on that.  My biggest trouble is that the food is just so darn good! Anyway, I’ll keep plodding along as I believe it is the best program for me.

    You are doing so much better than me - I seem to have stagnated as I cannot do any exercise as my knee is still playing up.

  2. Life is a journey not a race, so it is the same with weight loss! As long as you keep losing weight, all is great. Stay focused, it takes at least 8 weeks to build good habits. I dropped 35 kg last year but only 5kg so far this year but I feel fitter and more focused than ever. I love my food, all home cooked and I doubt that will ever change, so as long as I keep loosing, even if slowly, I am committed for this change in lifestyle for the long term. cheers
