I made a sour dough loaf on Saturday. I used a method of turning and flipping the dough in the bowl which I think resulted in a holier loaf.

I meant to bake bread this weekend, but didn't. Yours always looks SO good. I can see why Bri extended stay. :) Her critters are adorable!
