Prepping Sally...

I want to make more sourdough on the weekend so it's time to wake Sally with some food. I just stirred in a 1/4 cup bakers flour and 1/4 cup water (8.20am)..

...and she's starting to form bubbles (12.20pm)

I'm home for lunch and have just cut a piece, nay, slab of my sisters Christmas cake. If dark and moist and I reckon I could put custard over it! Yummy!
