(Masterchef pic)Tonight I am trying the Osso Bucco with Cannellini Beans, featured in the MasterClass on MasterChef on Friday night. Gus is on his way home from Melbourne so he will appreciate a hearty warming meal.

I feel like I am the only lonely one that doesn't watch Masterchef. Does that make me weird? I prefer simple good old fashioned cooking like my grandmother used to make. I feel this show presents like restaurant food. Everyone to their own I suppose lol! (I dont mind Jamie Oliver's shows though)

ReplyDeleteI made "osso bucco" the other night this time I made Mathew Evans Version out of his "Real Food" cook book. My family really enjoyed it but then again we like any osso buco. They especially like it topped with gremolata.
