We had a very sultry day here yesterday which ended in a bit of a thunder storm in the early evening. Beautiful sunset...

... and then it started raining, heavily and it thundered in the distance with a bit of lightning. I think our rain water tanks are full again so that is a bonus! :)

Today is the last day of school for the year for Brianna! Yay, no more school lunches and dashes to the bus stop at 7.30am for a while.

Enjoy your Friday,

ReplyDeleteBeen terribly wet and oh so Humid here! Ick!
ReplyDeleteI will be glad when school is done and we don't HAVE to be up and out the door by a certain time each day.
Be nice to not have my day broken into 1 and 2 hour intervals of pick ups and drop offs!
great pics. I have never seen a rainbow at that time of night that I can remember.
ReplyDeleteVery, very pretty images. The skies may have seemed angry when you took the pictures, but they are so very pretty and colorful. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteWish it was the last day of school here. My year 9 had her last lesson on Tuesday and now they are just hanging around. They don't finish until next Friday!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your break from the lunch box. It is the worst part about the morning, what to put in there??
ReplyDeleteYour pictures are lovely even if the weather really needs to give us all a rest.

Great photos. We sure have been having very tropical like weather here in SA. I'm loving that the plants are really taking off in the garden!
ReplyDeleteStunning pics Joolz! And YAY for the school hols!
ReplyDeleteLove, Tina xx
Great pictures Joolz, I am always too late to get the sunset. The rainbow one is interesting, maybe the weather pattern over Victoria has something to do with it.
