-I knocked these up this morning - make up a scone dough (or bread dough in your bread machine) then roll it out to about 1 cm thick, spread liberally with Vegemite then sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Roll up and brush the end with water so it sticks shut. Cut into inch thick slices and place on baking tray. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200C.
