April catch up...

April 11, 2018 - There's been a lot of good food happening in my kitchen.  I am really enjoying all of the Weight Watchers meals.
~

Turkey shepherd's pies topped with sweet potato...some went into the freezer for handy meals.

April 12 - eating warming porridge with banana and blueberries...and meal planning...

This was veal with gnocchi and creamy mushroom sauce.  Really, is this a diet dish?

April 13 - Can you tell this is a favourite breakfast of mine?

Normally pasta would be off the table for diet food...

This was a yummy tuna mornay pasta bake and topped with almonds for a nice crunch.

I also got busy and supplied a local market hub that has started in our town.  I made biscuits and banana bread...

Mum's plaque has been placed at the cemetery ... I gave Dad's plaque a good sand back and lacquer and it came up quite good.

More food - this was a spiced chicken that Gus made with panko crumbed chips and a little salad.  I'm so lucky that is likes to cook and loves all the WW recipes too.

Delay in transmission...

Edited:  BlogTouch Pro emailed me with the solution so all my posts are up on our Ruby and Pearl blog if you'd like to see beautiful Kangaroo Island...

Boy, this is frustrating...BlogTouch Pro says I’ve exceeded my photo limit so I can’t post pics until I resolve that. Waiting on an email to give me steps to take...
