mouth is watering!
thanx for sharing
Hi Selena, WW stands for Weight Watchers which I have been doing for the past 15 weeks. Lots of great, healthy recipes!
DeleteTo make the beetroom hummus -
In a food processor place
125g canned beetroot, drained
2/3 cup canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 clove of garlic
1 tbspn tahini
1 tbspn lemon juice
2 tbspn water
Wizz until smooth and combined.
This was delicious dolloped on the pizza but would be equally delicious as a dip
with pita chips or crackers.
