Friday night we had both our babies home (and Kirby's boyf) so I threw a beef curry together, plus a kachumber salad...
...and banana sprinkled with lemon juice and black pepper.
I was gifted some rhubarb...
...granny smith apples and a dozen eggs from staff at work...

Saturday morning I was up at sparrows, baking a batch of Anzac biscuits...

Later in the afternoon, Gus lit his fire pit and we sat around it with a few drinks...

...for my Mum's 86th birthday.

Sunday morning I made these Brookies - they're brownies, but cookies!

This morning Kirby and Nate went to the dawn service for Anzac Day. They said it was quite a big turnout which is good. I woke up with a sore throat so I didn't go.

April 24th was my big sister's 45th wedding anniversary. I was her little flower girl, aged 6. Happy Anniversary, Marilyn and Brentley!

Today, our visitors headed back to Adelaide, including Gus as he has a car to deliver and a meeting on Wednesday.
I am enjoying the quiet and plan to have Chow Mein for dinner then an early night!
