Easter feasting...

Saturday night we ate at the Cinnamon Club on The Parade.  The place has had three name changes over the years (Cilantro, Hazara and now CC) with different management but the food remains the same authentic, delicious Indian cuisine.  The decor is modern and the place is squeaky clean.  No smeary glasses and sticky menus here!

Chicken tikka dosa...
The dosa is a fermented crepe made with rice batter and black lentils.  Ours was stuffed with chicken tikka, vegetables and spices and came with the accompanying sauces.

We only ordered one dessert - rich Belgian Chocolate mousse cake with white choc and raspberry icecream, autumn berries and almond crunch - with 4 spoons!

After lunch, we ventured to Anderson Hill where we sat and had another glass of wine...

We finished off the evening by watching Shrek and then I left Bri and Gus to it as they then started watching a Batman movie - I do not like Batman movies!

This is my haul of Easter chocolates - gotta love Red Tulip and Haigh's!
~
Kirby's boyfriend spoiled us with these truffles.
Oh, yum!
 ~
We'll wobble back home today, I hope the traffic won't be too insane.  There'll be lots of city folk heading back from down south so I hope everyone is patient and not crazy on the roads.
I hope you had a nice Easter, we certainly did!
~
Cheers - Joolz xx
