....so I bit the bullet and ordered the kit for this lovely crochet rug ...
The colours are lovely but the pattern looks a but daunting. I won't be tackling this project until I finish my knitted throw rug, probably next year - I'm on strip 4 of 7 so there is a way to go!

But isn't it perty!

Loving fresh fruit salad at the moment - apple, orange (fresh off a tree, not store bought), strawberries, kiwi fruit, banana and passionfruit. Add a scoopof vanilla icecream and ... yummo!

I have also ordered a Hurricane Spin Mop - I hope its as good as it says it is on TV! Anyone got one?

The Senega & Ammonia seems to be working, I am coughing less and it seems to be drying me up. Fingers crossed!
Cheers - Joolz xx
I'm glad that the horrid medicine is working, hopefully your cough will be gone soon.
ReplyDeleteFruit salad is a favourite of mine too at the moment I've been taking a big bowl every day for lunch.
That new throw is just gorgeous and I'm still thinking about ordering it myself but I might give that other one on facebook a go.
Have a great weekend Joolz
Thanks, Deb. The jury is still out on that medicine as my cough is worse again today. Not feeling very good at all. Off to the doctors I think.
DeleteIts Bathurst weekend so we wont be doing much. Bri is coming home for a few days so I cant wait for that!
I use that cough mixture, it works and it doesn't cost an arm and leg. I might be a bit weird but I love the taste, reminds me of the Irish Moss cough mixture when I was a kid.
ReplyDeleteI have a mop like that not the same brand though. I LOVE it (weird again for loving a housework thing!!). It gets in all the nooks and crannies, like under the fridge and washing machine as far as you can see. It does tiles and wooden floor boards equally well and it takes less time.
I like Irish Moss too, still available in Woolworths where I live.
DeleteI can't wait to try out the mop too and if its good, I'll buy my girls one for their Adelaide house as they have lots of tiles to mop (poor loves!).
