My big sister Maz, used to make this when I stayed with her family while my Mum and Dad were off caravanning, when I was about 16 years old. Fond memories!

A simple little pudding, best eaten straight out of the oven!
A lamb chop curry for dinner last night, to warm us!
I try not to use packet mixes, but this is a good one and produces a lovely mild curry. With this one you add a banana, apple and sultanas so its sweet and fruity. I had everything in the pot in about 5 minutes then 1.5 - 2 hours later, its ready.
I hope your Friday has been a good one!
Cheers - Joolz xx
I am going to make Maz's Economical Pudding for Heartpoet on the weekend. This will be right up his alley. Evenings are chilly up my way of late. Will go down a treat.
