We farewelled the girls at 3.30pm and they set off in terrible weather, so blustery and windy. They were home a little after 7.30pm so they made good time. I hate them being on the road, especially on long weekends.

As daylight savings kicked in on Sunday, we ate later than usual. We had leftovers of a lamb ragout Gus made last weekend that I had frozen. Reheated and with pasta tossed through it was a lazy dinner after the big weekend we had.

Back to work and back to the healthy eating today. I have boiled an egg to add to my salad today. I weighed in this morning and the scales said 76.2kg

Yes, it is always nice when we know our children are home safe and sound. All the best with resuming the diet after a few hiccups :-)
ReplyDeleteI don't even want to think what my scales are going to say to me when I get home ;)
