I made this Clafoutis on Sunday night. The recipe is from Manu Feidel. I had strawberries on hand instead of cherries and I swapped Kirsch for Cointreau. This is best eaten when it comes out of the oven (cool slightly) as it drops a bit when cooled totally. Still yummy!

Dinner is sorted for tonight - a piece of rump steak, pan fried with hot and spicy mushroom sauce. What are you having?
Cheers - Joolz xx
I meant to cook Sweet Potato and Macadamia Frittata http://www.lifestylefood.com.au/recipes/22781/sweet-potato-and-macadamia-frittata but I ended up adding flour and milk and baked it in the oven. I am trying to use up some of our macadamia nuts as we have three trees and the cockatoos keep picking the nuts off and dropping them on the ground so I then collect them before they come back to polish them off.
ReplyDeleteIt all looks lovely :D You certainly are a whizz in the kitchen x
