I spent yesterday arvo baking more biscuits and goodies for gift giving ...
I find this is best for my waist line if I give it away!
I was really pleased with these iced cookies...
These are Cherry Ripe balls ...
More Cherry Shortbreads ...
Florentines - I wasn't sure they'd turn out but the did! They are a bit fiddly to bring together as its only condensed milk that hold them together.
Once they are baked and out of the oven they harden up and hold together. Phew!
I also made Malt Roll which is in the fridge waiting to be sliced and packaged.
Today we are cleaning the pergola area and organising tables and chairs etc. I'd better do a final head count so we have enough.
Cheers - Joolz xx
Looks yummy Joolz.
ReplyDeleteHappy Christmas!
It all looks fantastic! :)))
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!

Yes I understand about the waistline! You do have to do a taste test though. :-)
ReplyDeleteYou are such a whiz in the kitchen, it all looks soo good. I've made another big batch of honey biscuits for gift giving and just finished making bon bons. Fun times!
ReplyDeleteYou have the magic power of an elf to produce such variety. Have a lovely Christmas:)
ReplyDeleteOh they look terrific! You are lovely to make all of this to give away, though yes, I do understand about the waistline dilemma :-)
ReplyDeleteI was intrigued by the Cherry Rips Balls and Googled them - a fatal error, as now I'm craving them. Of course I have to first make my own Cherry Ripes... but I even found a recipe for that, so that's even more dangerous. I've perfected making my own TimTams, so why not gives these a try. But after Christmas I think, because I'm bursting at the seams with tasty, calorie-filled baked goods.
And thankyou for the tip on the Aussie biscuit cutter. I've found them online and ordered a map of Australia, a shark and some Aussie animals. I'll have the best gingerbread in Sweden next Christmas.
Joolz...they all look so delicious! Shalom! my friend :0) m.b.
ReplyDeleteYour food looks delicious as always! Would love to be a guest at your house :)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful Christmas
