River Cottage Soda Bread

 

When I got up this morning, I knew we didn't have any fresh bread for toast so I made a loaf of soda bread.

Forty minutes later, I had a loaf of warm bread ready for eating.

I toasted up a piece and had it with Vegemite. Yummy!
