Potato bake with a difference...

Tonight I'm trying Mrs Woogs 'Aunt Penny's Potatoes' ...

I'll let you know how we liked them.  It's hot and very thundery here (about 38C) and I think they'll go nicely with some BBQ steak and a little green salad.
