I love the Queen and the Royal Family - pop on over to Marie at A Year from Oak Cottage to hear from a proud English woman. I would have loved to been Thames-side watching the flotilla sailing by and to give the Queen a wave. Long may she reign!~

Have always had a fascination with British history and the royal family. One can only imagine how festive all the celebration must be for the Brits at this time.

ReplyDeletemy son and his GF are on a working holiday in the UK and were on the banks of the Thames to watch the flotilla.......they said the atmosphere was amazing....unfortunately the weather wasn't! but they still enjoyed the day....
