Lay out a sheet of puff pastry and spread with your favourite pizza/tomato sauce...

Sprinkle with bacon, onion and cheese (you can add olives, basil leaves, spinach... the options are endless)...

Roll tightly into a long roll and secure the edge with a dab of milk...
~
Cut into inch thick slices, stand upright on a lined tray...
~
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200C until golden and puffed. Great accompaniment to soup or salad.
