Planning, walking, eating...

I bought a new planner for 2017 and have been recording my meditation sessions and have filled in any events I know we have on...

I got up and went for a walk yesterday morning. I love our parklands...

When I got back I sat with a cup of mint green tea...just sat.

I have been using a couple of meditation is Headspace and the other is Calm. Both require me to sit for 10 minutes, mindfully breathing...

A friend of ours delivered a lovely cooked crayfish to us! Gold! We were having Nana Mac out for dinner last night so I did crayfish cocktails for aclittle entree with shredded lettuce, seafood sauce and a wedge of lime.

Nate got Gus's spit roast going and cooked a leg of lamb. We roasted potatoes, parnip, carrot and pumpkin and had peas, beans and gravy too.

Dessert was vanilla icecream, strawberries, mango and passionfruit. Burp!

Bri and I finished of the evening with an episode of the Vicar of Dibley...
