Sunny & chilly here...

I love fresh new growth on my rose bushes.

I love my cat Bonnie, who sits on a post enjoying the sunshine. Today it's bright sunshine and there's a crisp, cold wind blowing. Off to work now then home later to make a quiche with pastry base from Rhonda's Down--to--earth blog. I'm thinking eggs, bacon, tomato, zucchini, carrot and parsley and cheese.

Enjoy your day, won't you?

  1. Oops, I haven't even pruned my roses yet, they still have flowers on them, I guess I will have to do it soon.

  2. I tackled my roses back at the start of July so they've been bare for a while. Lots of fresh shoots now.
