In the next few days, I will get it up and running and make some bread rolls (my freezer is empty!). I do hope I have some success!

Well well, you learn something every day. I did not know you could dry it....but it makes sense as dried yeast work OK. Good luck with Priscilla Queen of the bakery ;-)
