Sticky lemon chicken...

I made this lovely chicken dish on Monday night.  I am amassing quite a few bake-in-the-oven chicken dishes and I love it!

This whole pan of chicken cost me $5.00 - for 6 wings which you chop into two pieces and two thighs with skin on.  We both had it for lunch the next day too!

Yummy!  I love recipes that just get shoved in the oven until they're ready.  Very handy if your huz is always late home from work.
