And so it begins...

I found this cute little chicky chap in local shop and just couldn't resist him.

I had a rather horrid day on Sunday - too much socializing at a function that we went to lead to me feeling very off colour for most of the day - could it have been the food?? I finally came good in the afternoon and rewarded myself with this delicious crayfish sandwich for dinner. Our first taste of the season. Yum!

Day 1 of my Fitness & Health Regime
6am: I walked for 60 minutes this morning which is nearly double of what I walked each day last week. I felt really good afterwards and my stiffness is easing. It is such a lovely time of day. Workers heading off to work, lots of birds twittering and the town is waking up. Interesting to see who else is out and about too.

Not sure what is for dinner - I have a Healthy Food Guide book which has some good recipes so will choose something from that and let you know.

    It doesn't take much to fall into old habits when on a diet, but takes more effort to get up and get back on track.

    JFDI is my motto (JUST F***ING DO IT!) I use another word instead of the naughty one lol! This is pinned in large bold letters on my fridge. I borrowed it from Michelle Bridges...

    I have read that I need to walk two hours a day to best benefit me. I cant fit that into my day unless I break it up into two sessions...My walk is usually 45 minutes.
