Having cut out bread at breakfast time, in just 2 weeks, I can't believe how less bloated I feel and I can notice a difference in my waist line, even if my weight hasn't shifted much. I must start making more smoothies. I have given up sugar so don't use sweetening any more. I am trying to get used to milk kefir so might add some of that to a smoothie tomorrow.
