Rain has been scarce (but average) all through winter but we still have water in our tanks to last us through. We boil the rain water for tea/coffee and we shower in it. Our house is plumbed so we have bore water (water sourced from underground aquifers)to flush our toilets and for laundry (I can swap between rain or bore). We have bottled spring water for drinking - mainly because we have birds who poop on our roof = yuck!<br /><br />I am excited to make bread rolls this afternoon with Sally - I hope she stands up to my expectations!
