It doesn't t...That's it Joolz keep going. <br /><br />It doesn't take much to fall into old habits when on a diet, but takes more effort to get up and get back on track. <br /><br />JFDI is my motto (JUST F***ING DO IT!) I use another word instead of the naughty one lol! This is pinned in large bold letters on my fridge. I borrowed it from Michelle Bridges...<br /><br />I have read that I need to walk two hours a day to best benefit me.
