Time to move camp...

I bounced (well, crawled and hobbled) out of bed when I looked out the window I was greeted with this pretty sunrise...

Bush camping really is very relaxing...

We packed up camp and headed for Waikerie. Lunch was first up as we got in lare. Have alook at this roast pork meal! Under the meat was a huge pile of broccoli, cabbage, carrot and potatoes! I really enjoyed the veggies after a few days of not having them and the gravy was lovely and tasty. I didn't get through all of it but gave it a good go. I love pub roasts!

This is our camp view, not bad, hey? This is Ramco Point Wetlands.
We might be in for some rain and a thunderstorm tonight. It came up quite windy so we haven't lit the pig. It it still very warm (it was 31C in Waikerie today) but we are inside, trying to keep the bug population down in Pearl. If we get a lot of rain, we might have trouble getting out, we'll wait and see.

Spaghetti Bolognese was on the menu tonight in Pearl's galley and it was delicious! The rain hasn't eventuated and its still very warm. Our side awning came adrift in the winds earlier so we have detached that and put everything else away in preparation for a wild, windy night.

Cheers - Joolz xx
