We don't have dessert every night but Thursday is our SBS food show night.  I saw these desserts and thought why not!

This one is vanilla bean panna cotta with mango passionfruit coulis and there is another which is creme caramel (I didn't buy that one but will try it soon).  It was yummy and at $2 each, good value!

  1. I always feel hungry after reading your Blog!
That savoury sounds yummy - very like something I make - and the ingredients can be changed to whatever you have.

  2. Hi Ali! Yes, you could call it Fridge Clean Out Slice - chuck in any veggie lurking in the crisper! Celery, capsicum, squash, green beans, peas....endless...

  3. I love zucchini slice. It's such a great way to use up veg in the fridge. When our children were small they used to love having a slice of this in their lunchbox. As adults it's a recipe both use in their own households.
Cheap, easy and tasty. What more could you want?
