Easter Weekend...

Good Friday...

We have invaded the girl's place again! Bring on the feasting!

Gus made his crumbed garlic barbecue prawns...

I made bread rolls ...

Kirby made Jamie Oliver's potato gratin...

Barramundi croquettes...

Confit South Australia chicken, spiced carrot, braised pearl barley, pickled raisins, minted yoghurt...

Crispy chicken wings, nahm jim sauce...

Mains - murray Valley honey glazed pork cheek, Adelaide hills apples and radish salad, sticky Pedro Ximenez caramel jus...

Tatiara lamb shoulder, slow braised, smoky egg plant, chick pea, chilli, lemon, parsley...

Northern Territory barramundi, braised fennell, citrus and herb sauce, kalamata olive, crispy leek...

Max's burger, honey cured beetroot...

Desserts - Eton Mess, passionfruit curd, fresh raspberries, raspberry meringue, sablee, fresh cream...

Norton Summit pear parfait, vanilla, Adelaide hills caramelised figs, blue cheese crumble...

Chocolate bar, chocolate ganache, honeycomb, aerated chocolate, popcorn...

Up early Easter Sunday morning...preparing Fruchoc Hot Cross Buns...

We are off to the football (Adelaide Crows v North Melbourne Kangaroos) this afternoon with friends - in a corporate box, no less!

  1. I am always amazed at the food you have.........thank goodness you show the food and then say what it is as I would have no idea...............never eaten at places like where you go...........always love to see what your enjoying.............have a lovely day............
