A throi for the carch!

The home straight!

The hand stitched binding...

The top stitching ...

The ta dah moment!  I'm really pleased with it. I used it last night to keep me warm while I zapped my sore neck with my Dr TENS machine. My neck is very sore after spending Sunday bent over hand sewing.
~
You attach the sticky pads to the affected area then choose the frequency of electric current to course through your muscles. It really is good.

So it is a finish of sorts, although the hard work was already done for me.  It did challenge me to work out the best way to do it.  I think if I ever finish that strip quilt top, I'll be getting someone to do the rest for me!

Finally, my inspiration for the throw - Kath and Kim!

Our spring weather has gone and its crisp here this morning after some good rain last night.

Cheers - Joolz xx

  3. Ha ha, I was wondering what 'a throi for the carch' was! I thought your iPad was like mine and always changing the spelling. I have to check everything I write when using it. The throw is looking good though.

    1. Chel, you can change your iPad - go into Settings, into General, go down to Keyboard and turn off Auto Correction. That way it wont try and interpret what you want to say
