Baking for Mother's Day ...

We are having afternoon tea with my mother tomorrow so I made Melting Moments ...

and a batch of Anzac biscuits.

Cherry shortbreads never go astray either!

What are you doing for Mother's Day?

  1. Joolz your Anzac Biscuits look very yummy but wow the melting moments look the best I have ever seen. I'm sure they will taste as good as they look! We'll be lunching out for Mothers Day with the children (who are really adults now but it makes sound old) and 2 little grand daughters. Enjoy your day.

  2. We are off to a local alpaca farm that has an open day. I would really like to get some alpacas to keep the grass down in our paddock, but we need to address fencing first before we can go ahead with getting them. Though having said that my husband would like to get a couple of belted galloway cows which are a bit cute to, so who knows we might end up with both. Have a great Mothers Day.

    1. Ooh, I love belted galloway cattle too! Not sure about alpacas - they can be a bit mean.
