Chicken Caesar Salad ... and other stuff...

Monday was a hot one here so I did a Caesar Salad which was nice and easy...
~
I browned off chicken tenderloins and cooled them off in the fridge, likewise with the lean bacon pieces.
~
It was delicious - I love the crunch of the croutons.  We had leftovers in rolls the next day.
~
A present I gave myself for Christmas - this lovely tin of Haigh's Fruit and Nut selection.  Very yummy with scorched almonds, choc covered cashews, peanuts, raisins and sultanas and apricot chocs.  I nibble just a few a day....
~
I was up bright and early this morning as the corellas drive me nuts in the early morning and once I am awake... I am awake!  I made Banana Choc Chip muffins (at 6.30am) as I had 2 really over-ripe bananas and being the nice boss lady that I am, I sent them in to our staff for morning tea.
~
My breakfast of champions!  Fresh scrambled eggs with tomato sauce on buttered toast next to buttered toast -  hate soggy, wangy toast!  Lol!
~
I got a new demonstrator vehicle to drive today - a Ford Focus Sport.  They sold the Kuga I was driving (sad face!).  It's white and very sporty and I like it already....

  2. Yum...love caesar salad. I was only thinking the other day about making it on the weekend as I have some cos lettuce ready to pick. I have had the new Ford Focus for about 12 months and love it, took me awhile to get used to a bigger car as I had a small one before but love it now.
