Success with my bread rolls ...

When I made bread rolls last time, I realised that I wasn't letting them prove long enough when I had shaped them. This time, I put them in the tin and left them for 30 minutes...

Wow, what a difference! They were quite huge and had a lovely texture! Success (pats self on back!).

  3. It is good when you get a success, I find different flour batches vary as well.....some need a little longer then others.

  4. Love how you've shaped them, makes mine look boring. Now you've had this success does it mean you'll be trying different flours and types of bread?
