Day 4 - Dining out tonight...

Something to keep in mind......
*
(Sorrento's Cafe)
Day 3 went well once again. I think this spring weather (in between the showers of rain) makes me feel like I am really going to achieve something. I have cut out white bread intake and I am losing the bloated feeling that I always seem to have. That's a good thing.
*
I have removed the Tasty Kitchen link in my blog list - too many temptations. My recipe inspiration will come from my Weight Watchers books and Annette Sym's Symply Too Good to be True 1-5)
*
Day 4 - walked 5 kms and got absolutely drenched half way through the walk! Lol! Hello? - I'm awake now! Lets just say it was very refreshing!
*
Breakfast - 2 slices Burgen Soy-lin toast topped with 4 large cherry tomatoes; a banana and a cup of coffee with sweetner (cut back to 1/2 a tablet)
*
Snack - 8 prunes (they work wonders!)
*
Lunch - Wholemeal bread roll, turkey and salad veg. Small tub yoghurt and a mandarin.
Glass of water before and after lunch.
*
Dinner - We are having dinner at Sorrento's with our lovely friends - Alex & Betty and Alan & Shirley.

  1. How much weight are you trying to lose? You don't sound very fat o me! The bloated feeling is horrible though, isn't it? Getting rid of that will make you feel a whole lot better and it ooks like you've made a great start.

  2. Looks like you are doing well. Keep up the good work. It is hard to go out and eat. We went to Olive Garden last week for lunch and my drink alone (a rasp. Lemonade) was 39 carbs for a serving yikes!!!!! I won't tell you what the other stuff was, but it was worth it, I didn't eat the rest of the day I was so full. :) Of course that is one of my favorite places to eat.
